Sona-2 Anemia Screening (the "App") is provided by Amplifier Health Inc. This policy describes what the App collects when you complete a voice screening, and how that information is handled.

What we collect

• Profile details you provide: age, gender, and a patient/participant identifier you enter before recording. Depending on how you access the App, it may also collect a mood and energy self-report, and contact details (name, email, phone) if a partner integration asks for them.
• Your voice recording: a short voice sample you record in your browser, used to check whether the recording has enough clear speech to be usable, then stored as part of your screening record.
• Recording quality metrics:the voice-activity percentage and clarity score computed from your recording, used to flag samples that weren't clear enough to score.

How we use it

Your screening data is used solely to run the voice-based anemia screening, store your result, and let you or a partner care team review it. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Where it's stored

Screening records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Voice recordings are stored in Google Cloud Storage. Both are held in Amplifier Health's own Google Cloud environment.

Sharing

Data is not shared with third parties except the infrastructure providers named above (Google Cloud), and any partner organization through which you accessed the App, strictly as needed to operate the screening.

To request access to, or deletion of, your screening data, contact us using the information below.
