Sona-2 Anemia Screening (the "App") is provided by Amplifier Health Inc. By using the App to record and submit a voice screening, you agree to these terms.
The App is a screening tool, not a diagnostic device. A result from the App is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace a clinical evaluation, lab test, or the advice of a qualified healthcare provider. If a result flags a possible concern, follow up with a clinician before making any health decision.
The App is intended for individuals seeking a voice-based anemia screening, or care staff recording a screening on a participant's behalf with their consent. You represent that any information you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The App requests microphone access to record your voice sample. That access is used only to capture the screening recording described in the Privacy Policy, and can be revoked at any time in your browser settings.
You may not use the App to submit a screening on behalf of someone else without their consent, attempt to access another person's screening record, interfere with or reverse-engineer the App, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
How the App collects, uses, and stores data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the App for maintenance or improvement, and may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplifier Health Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
